Laundry and Linen Unit

In the laundry and linen unit, there is one Linen Custodian who keeps track and record linens used in the different clinical areas. The custodian works in partnership with the Nursing Service Department specifically the Housekeeping Unit.

With the laundry unit, AQH has reinforced three regular workers with an additional two personnel in order to address the load of work. The manner they wash the linens is adjusted in order to observe the Infection Control Committee's guidelines.
