Human Resource Department

The Human Resource Department of Aquinas University Hospital is primarily responsible for the management of all the hospital staff to ensure a harmonious working environment. This crucial function of the HR only needs skilled professionals that would guarantee the effective implementation of work-related policies. This would in the long run result to positive employee relations and zero conflicts among the management and staff.

The competent and skilled HR staff will also ensure that the needs of the constantly changing healthcare environment are met. This office is also responsible for the recruitment and screening of applicants who will be part of the efficient AQH staff. This department also launched different strategies in partnership with the different departments/units and in close collaboration with the management of AQH. Goals and targets were achieved owing to the remarkable commitment, cooperation and steadfast dedication of the officers and staff of the organization.
