  • Once the attending physician decides that you are fully-recovered, he or she will fill out the discharge form and forward it to the Billing Office.
  • The Billing Office will prepare all your hospital bills.
  • When the billing statement is generated, it will be given to the Cashier's Office.
  • The nurse-on-duty will advise you that the hospital bill is ready for payment at the cashier.
  • Study carefully your billing statement. If there are discrepancies, you can ask the nurse-on-duty for assistance. If you have no questions, you can settle your hospital bill at the Cashier's Office.
  • If everything is already paid, you will be given a clearance. Present this to the Security Guard before leaving the hospital premises.
