Going Home

When the attending physician tells you that you are ready to go home, a discharge order should be written on your chart. Settle first your bills at the Cashier's Office before you can be cleared to leave the hospital.

Discharge Time

Patients who are ready to leave the hospital have a 12:00 noon cut-off. An additional rate will be incurred after 12:00 noon. But before leaving, please ensure that you bring with you all your personal items. It is also advised that you confirm to your nurse or attending physician if you have any follow-up appointments.
